Third Party Liability Insurance
✓ INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL RATE
What it covers:
In case you are involved in a car-to-car accident and you are at fault, this insurance will cover damage to the other vehicle involved.
What is NOT covered:
- • Accidents while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- • Hitting rocks or other non-vehicle objects
- • Damage to other vehicles in a parking lot
- • Damage to your rental vehicle (doors, bumpers in parking lot)
This insurance is mandatory and cannot be waived.

Protect yourself from liability for damage to our rental vehicle with our optional insurance coverage.

If you decline optional insurance, you accept full responsibility for all loss or damage to the rented vehicle up to the actual and full cost of all parts, repairs or replacement.

- If an accident is not reported, the insurance is NOT valid
- If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, NO insurance will cover

Insurance Exclusions
The following situations are NOT covered by any insurance:
Not Covered:
- • Driving under influence of alcohol or drugs
- • Speeding beyond posted limits
- • Off-road driving
- • Driving on white sand beaches
- • One-way accidents (single vehicle)
- • Joy riding
- • Vandalism
Damage Not Covered:
- • Hitting rocks
- • Parking lot damage (doors, bumpers)
- • Water damage
- • Tire damage from road hazards
- • Undercarriage damage from off-roading
- • Damage exceeding coverage limits
